Horrible experience. Poor service. I went in to have a full leg wax, came back with hairs all over, the girl was extremely inexperienced and overall the waxing took 1 hour. I was given a dirty towel covered with hairs and wax from someone else to cover my legs, as she was moving from place to place to "wax". When I complained, I was given a new towel that was equally dirty with wax... But I didn't see any hair on that one. The pedicure, another horrible experience. They don't have a proper chair and make you lay down on the stretcher and ask to soak your feet in a bowl, uncomfortable and nevermind paying extra for callous, because they don't have the proper materials and inexistent experience. You pay extra and end up leaving the same way you come in... And if you say anything, it is not their fault, it is yours, because you had... Callous, which you paid extra to have removed... Then the nail experience... When it ended I complained about how thick the nails were... Again, as per their reaction, I should not complain - I need them too thick, because they can break. Overall I spent around 150/160 euros, and now I have to pay again to someone else to have it done properly. The good professionals they had in the past left, and right now, it is just inexperienced people charging for a service that is by far appalling. Sometimes it is worth going somewhere where you pay a little more, but you get better service. And that is just what I will do.

My friend introduced me to ebano after she’d been going with her friend first for a while. So I’ve gone with her now for months for biab But we missed one appointment by complete mistake by getting the day wrong by one day. The lady was dismissive to my friend, wouldn’t let her rebook & made her pay in full (€50 each so €100 total) for the first ever time she missed an appointment. I understand having to pay the deposit or even half price, but full price for the first appointment missed when we’re regulars is something I’ve never experienced before. And no rebooking because of a mistake? On top of that, My friend felt very unheard and dismissed by the attitude that was taken as if we had been doing this all the time. They’d never discussed with us that we’d have to pay in full if we missed an appointment so it was a shock & I feel that’s unfair for the first mistake. Even if there was a nicer attitude towards us we maybe could have been more accepting of the situation We won’t be back despite the fact we had built up such a great relationship with the nail tech girls! Saddened by a service we would have loved to have stuck with. I travelled from Wicklow to come get my nails done each time as they were fabulous..
